How to Economize Our Time

Maybe you usually ask, “Why I am not rich although I’m so busy?” Well, I can say that there is a mistake with your activities. In other words, you have to rearrange your time management. One of them is by economizing your time. It’s very important because if you are so economize with your time, you’ll have spare times to do what you want. Good!

These are some ways to economize your time, guys!


1. Smart Calling

When the world unites with telephone, you also should manage your calling time. For example: tell many people that you only take the phone at the certain times during the work days, use the voice mail to shift the recipients to other people or use email, make important notes if you call by phone to your clients. Don’t forget to send these notes to your clients after telephoning.

2. Smart Correspondence
Allocate not more than an hour everyday to reply your email, messages, voice mails, memo, etc.

On your table, put some folders to put letters that you will send and reply, documents that you don’t want to get rid off, documents of activities you have to do each month or week.

Don’t forget: if you have the written documents, choose one of these things: keep it, get rid off, do it by your self or by your staff.

5. Learn to Say ”No”

Learn to say “No”. No doing other people’s job, No receiving the jobs more than you can tackle, No permitting other people visit without any appointment, and No attending useless meetings.

6. When you are waiting, use it to do simple jobs (i.e. writing memo, letter, email, proposal draft, reading, or calling clients)
