Cyber crime activities in internet made Pakistan took firm acts.The president of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari announced his country will implemeny Prevention of Electronic Crimes Ordinance policy.

In this rule, cyber crime agents whose their acts aim to do terrorism in real life are able to under pain of death or be in jailed for life. One of the rules said that anyone who does cyber terrorism and causes others death will be sentenced to death or in jailed for life.

This rule will be implemented to Pakistani citizens and foreigners who live in Pakistan or abroad.

The definition of cyber terrorism activities which get the punsihment is information roobing through online about how to make a massal destroying weapon because it can threaten human beings.

The implementation of this firm rule has some reasons. As we know, Pakistan has nuclear weapon which is so sensitive. Besides, Pakistan also againts militan grop of Al Qaeda which acts in  Afghanistan.

The rule of  Prevention of Electronic Crimes Ordinance also organizes the punishment of crime related to computer and others. For example, it regulates online deception or certain cyber  attacks.
