The Collection of Flash Games

In early 2007, David Scott created a flash game called Flash Element TD, which became an instant sensation. It was sold till 2 millions after being launched for two days. Several months after that, Paul Preece (friend of Scott) decided to repeat the success of Flash Element, with Desktop Tower Defense - a popular  game until now. In June, the two joined to create a game company called The Casual Collective. After one year, they finally are ready to make a public debut.

Yesterday, Casual Collective launched the 8 games (4 of them are new games). All of them are created by Preece and Scott. The games include “Minions”, a gaming platform called Buggle Stars and updated a Flash Element TD and Desktop Tower Defense. Some games support multiplayers. Even, twelve players can play simultaneously.

this site also supports social networking, syndicated news that features high score and the game invitation. The current social factors in the Casual Collective course are still limited, but in the future the site will support the distribution of high score and updated through the canal, such as Facebook.

This site has a financial strategy by offering a bonus package for the game with a certain price $ 2.25 per game. Each package will offer a bonus option or more characters to improve the game, but all the games are free of charge. They can also collect money from the ads. The Casual Collective has been collecting $ 1 millions from Lightspeed Venue Partners as the initial investment.

The Casual Collective will face competition from other flash developers, but they are optimist they can win the competition.
