Is it real? How can a government prohibit the citizens to use mobile phone? What’s the reason? After Chine, now North Korea limits mobile phone using to prevent North Korea’s news sharing , such as food crisis. The Times reported to United Nations General Assembly from human rights investigator which claimed that North Korea government intimidated citizens with public execution and limited mobile phone using in order to prevent they share information about their country.

This rule was made because of food crisis happened recent days. As we know, UN World Food Program announced that 2.7 million people in North Korea do not have enough food in October. The food crisis happened in North Korea after the big flood in  2006 and 2007 which has damaged fields.

Because of this rule, many tourists are dissappointed.  They feel that they are like in a jail because they can not use their mobile phone freely. Even, the government seizes tourists’ mobile phone and will give it back after the tourists go home to their country.
