The passengers who depart from O’Hare airport in Chicago will get benefits. They do not need to bring a paper as the sign of Boarding pass. They just have to show their mobile phone screen which contains a bar code to the officers. Then, he may enter to the aircraft.

In the second busiest airport in the world, the mobile phone service as an evidence of Boarding pass will be applied starting from November 17. However, this service does not been applied to all of the airlines. Meanwhile, only Delta and Continental airlines have implemented this rule although it is only to passengers whom depart from Los Angeles International Airport and John Wayne Orange County.

If passengers want to use this service, they must have an active email address and a mobile phone or device featured Internet because Boarding pass and 2D bar code will be sent to this device.

How do you use this service? When we want to check-in through AA.com airline site, we will be given the option to receive a Boarding pass in the mobile phone and Blackberry. If you choose mobile Boarding option, you will get an email attached a link to the Internet Boarding pass.  With this link, you can download the mobile Boarding pass,  which includes a bar code. The code is can be scanned in the dots and checks when the passengers are boarding the aircraft.

Unfortunately, this system is only limited to a passenger every books tickets. It menas that if you travel in groups this mobile Boarding pass service can not be used.
