Fortunately, the producer of Blackberry Bold which is located in Canada, RIM has confirmed this problem. RIM stated that Blackberry Bold has poor battery condition. Uf!

Seeing this condition, will reset the regulation about battery temperature and other effects.

The answer of RIM has been waited by many customers in Japan. In addition, it can be the reason wht NTT DoCoMo, a telephone operator in Japan stop the 4,000 domestic devices of Blackberry Bold after receiving 30 complains about the condition of the keyboard when the customers charge the battery.

This case is special. Fortunately, this complain only happened in Japan which was started some days ago. Meanwhile, the selling of Blackbery Bold in out of Japan is stable.
